My Vape Isn’t Working – Troubleshooting Guide for Irish Vapers

1. Check If It’s a Disposable or Refillable Vape

First things first — are you using a disposable vape or a refillable device? The fix will depend on the type you're using.

2. If You're Using a Disposable Vape

• No Vapour at All? It may be out of battery or puffs. Try taking a few gentle draws — if the LED doesn’t light up, it's likely finished.
• Flashing Light? This usually means the battery is dead or malfunctioned. Disposables can't be recharged (unless they're rechargeable like the IVG Smart 5500).
• Gurgling or Leaking? Could be due to changes in temperature or pressure during shipping. Dispose of it safely and try another flavour.

3. If You’re Using a Refillable Vape Kit

• Battery On? Many devices require five clicks to turn on/off. Press the fire button five times rapidly.
• Is It Charged? Plug it into a known working USB-C cable or charger. Ensure the port is clean.
• Check the Coil or Pod: If it’s a pod system, try replacing the pod. Coils/pods can burn out quickly if dry-hit.
