Delivery Details

Nationwide delivery

We use An Post for nationwide deliveries. Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays. Delivery normally takes 1–3 working days after dispatch. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed arrival date; next-day delivery is not guaranteed.

Dispatch depends on the order being ready and any required checks being completed. We review each order and may request photo ID on a first order where necessary. If we request ID, dispatch is held until the age check is completed. See our Age Verification & 18+ Policy.

Tracking and delivery enquiries

Use the tracking link in your dispatch message. Tracking may not update until An Post scans the parcel. If tracking is unclear or an order is delayed, contact info@obvape.ie or 083 078 5000 with your order number and we will investigate.

Please check that the delivery address, Eircode and contact details are correct. Contact us as soon as possible if you notice an error. We cannot guarantee a change after dispatch.

Delivery charges and local services

Delivery with An Post Tracked is €5, or free on orders of €50 or more. The options and charges that apply to your order are shown before payment. For questions about local delivery or collection, contact us. A specific arrival time should not be assumed unless we have expressly agreed it.
