Age Verification & 18+ Policy

OB Vape is for adults aged 18 and over. We do not supply age-restricted products to anyone under 18 or knowingly to someone acting on their behalf.

When we request proof of age

Our team reviews each order. On a first order, we request photo ID only where we consider it necessary to verify the customer's age. We do not require every first-time customer to send ID automatically.

If we need ID, we contact you and hold dispatch until the check is completed. If you prefer not to provide it, contact us to cancel the order and receive a refund.

What to provide

We accept a passport, driving licence, Garda Age Card or national ID card. The document must belong to the named customer. A Public Services Card is not accepted as the primary proof of age because it does not display the date of birth we need for the check.

We need only your photograph, name and date of birth. You can cover other information. If the name on the order and ID differs, contact us so our team can review it.

How we handle ID images

Once an ID image is received, our team uses it for the age check and deletes the image immediately. It is not used for marketing. We keep the verification outcome separately from the image so our team can recognise an earlier check.

If we request ID, you can reply to that email or use WhatsApp on 083 078 5000. Email and messaging providers process communications as part of delivering their services; their own technical retention arrangements may also apply. Please read our Privacy Policy.

Under-18 orders

If we establish that an order is by or for someone under 18, we cancel it and issue a refund. We may restrict further orders where necessary to enforce our age policy.
