Questions we get asked
What strength pouch should a beginner use?
Start at 6mg or under. If that isn't enough after a few days, try 8mg or 9mg.
Is the strength per pouch or per gram?
The figures on this page are nicotine per pouch. Some cans also show mg/g, which is the concentration by weight, not the amount in one pouch.
How do I use a pouch?
Put it under your upper lip for the time on the can. Don't chew or swallow it.
