The Aspire Gotek Pro 2 (also sold as the Gotek Pro II) is the second generation of Aspire's metal Gotek Pro. It keeps the simple fill-and-inhale design of the original, then adds a much bigger 2500mAh battery, a segment display, three power levels and faster 2A USB-C charging. It takes the refillable 2ml Gotek Pod V2 with a 0.8Ω coil, and it works with the wider range of Aspire Gotek replacement pods. What's New Compared With the Original Gotek Pro?

The first Gotek Pro was a 1500mAh kit with a single fixed output and no screen. The Gotek Pro 2 moves to a 2500mAh battery, so most people will get more days between charges. It also adds a display, so you can see how much battery is left instead of guessing from a light, and three power levels so you can choose between a cooler, gentler ECO setting and a warmer MAX setting. Charging is faster too, at up to 2A over USB-C.

The good news if you're upgrading is that the pods carry over. The Gotek Pro 2 uses the same Gotek pod family, so Aspire Gotek replacement pods fit straight in.

Three Power Levels, One Button

Click the power button three times to move between ECO, NORMAL and MAX. The display shows which level you're on.

• ECO: the gentlest setting, good for higher-strength nic salts and for stretching the battery.
• NORMAL: the everyday middle setting that suits most e-liquids.
• MAX: a warmer hit with a bit more vapour, good with 50/50 e-liquids and lower strengths.

Pair the power level with the airflow slider underneath. Close it down for a tight, cigarette-style draw, or open it up for a looser restricted-lung draw.

Gotek Pod Compatibility

The kit comes with a 2ml Gotek Pod V2 with a 0.8Ω coil built in. When the flavour fades, you swap the whole pod; there is no separate coil to change. Spare Aspire Gotek replacement pods are sold individually, and you can see the full range in our Aspire Gotek kits and replacement pods collection.

Best E-Liquids for the Gotek Pro 2

The 0.8Ω pod is made for mouth-to-lung vaping, so it suits nic salt e-liquids and 50/50 e-liquids. Thick, high-VG shortfills aren't a good match for a pod this size.

• Nic salts: Maryliq nic salts are a popular choice, such as Strawberry Ice Maryliq and Blueberry Sour Raspberry Maryliq. Pink Lemonade Elux Legend also works well.
• Menthol: try Menthol Maryliq or browse our menthol nic salts.
• 50/50: for a freebase option, IVG 50/50 Spearmint and the rest of the IVG 50/50 10ml range are a good fit.

How to Use

1. Charge the device fully with a USB-C charging cable before first use.
2. Pull the pod out of the device and open the side filling port.
3. Fill with your e-liquid, keeping below the max line, then close the seal firmly.
4. Leave a new pod to stand for 5–10 minutes so the coil can soak.
5. Push the pod back in, set the airflow slider and pick your power level with three clicks.
6. Inhale gently through the mouthpiece to vape.
7. Swap the pod for a fresh Gotek pod when the flavour fades or tastes burnt.
