Which Geekvape coil do you need?

B coils: for Aegis Boost-family hardware, including the Aegis Boost 3 (B60) kit and Aegis Boost 2 (B60) pod. Pick the resistance on the product page.
B MTL coils: mesh coils for compatible B Series pods and tanks, in 0.6Ω, 0.8Ω and 1.2Ω. The 0.8Ω and 1.2Ω give a tighter MTL draw.
P coils: high-power mesh coils for the Aegis Boost Pro (B100) pod and other P-coil hardware.
G coils: mesh coils for pod systems including the Wenax C1. 0.6Ω (13–18W) for a looser draw, 0.8Ω (12–15W) for a tighter MTL vape.
Zeus / Z mesh coils: for Geekvape Z and Zeus sub-ohm tanks, built for direct-to-lung vaping.
M coils: high-power mesh heads made for the Geekvape Z Max sub-ohm tank.
NS coils: low-power heads for older Geekvape pods: 1.2Ω for the Frenzy and 1.6Ω for the Flint.

Resistance and liquid

As a rule, higher-resistance coils (around 0.8Ω and up) give a tighter MTL draw and suit nic salts and 50/50s. Low-resistance sub-ohm coils like the Z, M and P families are for bigger clouds with shortfills. Always run a coil inside the wattage range on the product page.

When to replace a coil

Swap it when the flavour goes flat, it tastes burnt, or it starts to spit or gurgle. Before first use, let the new coil soak in e-liquid for a few minutes so the cotton is fully wet.

Questions we get asked

Are B coils and B MTL coils the same?

They're both part of the B Series. B MTL coils are the mesh versions in 0.6Ω, 0.8Ω and 1.2Ω for MTL and RDL use. Check the product page for which pods and tanks each one fits.

Which coils fit the Aegis Boost 3?

The Aegis Boost 3 (B60) pod uses Geekvape B coils.

Are coils sold singly?

Yes, unless the product page says otherwise. Set the quantity to the number you need.
