The Voopoo PnP X MTL Pod Tank takes the PnP X cartridge from the Drag X2, Drag S2, Drag X3 and Drag S3 pod mods and puts it on a 510 base, so it screws onto any standard 510 mod. It is built for a mouth-to-lung (MTL) draw: a narrow drip tip, an adjustable top airflow ring and Voopoo's PnP X coils give a tight, cigarette-like pull that you can open up to a looser restricted direct lung (RDL) draw. At 26mm wide it sits flush on most modern box mods, and it uses the same PnP X coils we stock for the Drag X2, so replacements are easy to get.

Compatibility

Coils: Voopoo PnP X Replacement Coils in 0.15Ω, 0.2Ω, 0.3Ω, 0.6Ω and 1.0Ω. The original PnP coils, PnP X Nano coils and TPP coils are a different fitting and will not work.

Pods: the tank section is the same cartridge as the Voopoo PnP X Replacement Pod, so a spare MTL pod from that listing fits this 510 base.

Mods: any mod with a 510 connection. The 40W mods are plenty for the 0.6Ω and 1.0Ω MTL coils.

Which Coil Should I Use?

The tank comes with two PnP X coils, a 0.6Ω and a 0.3Ω. For a true MTL vape with nic salts or freebase e-liquids, use the 0.6Ω PnP X (18–23W) or, when we have it in, the 1.0Ω PnP X (10–18W) for the tightest draw. The 0.3Ω PnP X (32–40W) suits a looser RDL draw at higher power with a 50/50 or higher-VG e-liquid. The 0.2Ω and 0.15Ω coils are made for the DTL tank's wide airflow and are not a good match for this MTL cartridge. Always set your mod to the wattage printed on the coil.

What Will It Fit?

Any mod with a 510 connection will take this tank. The 26mm width is a perfect match for single-battery box mods such as the GeekVape Aegis Solo 3 (S100), the Lost Vape Centaurus M100 or the dual-battery Geekvape Aegis Legend 5. Those mods use removable cells, so pick up a VTC6 18650 battery or a Efest 18650 battery if you need one.

MTL Tank or DTL Tank?

This MTL version has a narrower drip tip and a tighter airflow, which gives stronger flavour from nic salts and a throat hit closer to smoking. How to Use

1. Unscrew the base and check the PnP X coil is pushed fully into place.
2. Open the side fill port and fill the tank, leaving a little space at the top.
3. Close the fill port and let a new coil soak for 5 to 10 minutes.
4. Screw the tank onto your mod's 510 connection without over-tightening.
5. Set the wattage to the range printed on the coil, starting at the low end.
6. Turn the airflow ring until the draw feels right.
