In-Store Exchange Policy Vaping Hardware may be exchanged within 28 days of purchase if faulty. This warranty does not extend to atomizers, wicks or coils. You must have the original packaging/box the hardware came in or there is no return. Please note: we may need time to inspect the issue. Atomizers & Tanks are covered by our DOA (dead on arrival) policy whereby the customer has 48 hours to ensure the item is in good working order or report any faults. Plugs, charging cables & battery chargers may be exchanged within 28 days if faulty. Customers should be aware that our batteries and atomizers are made to the highest quality, however they are functional devices which can fail and degrade over time depending on usage. E-Liquid is a consumable product and as such cannot be exchanged once purchased. We will however allow unopened\sealed bottles of e-liquid to be exchanged within 48 hours of purchase. E-Liquid should be stored in a cool, dark place and should not be exposed to sunlight or high temperatures. Proof of purchase will be required at all times for returns and exchanges. This does not affect your statutory rights.
