The Vaporesso XROS is one of the easiest pod vape device to fill I have ever used.
Simply wiggle the pod's mouthpiece until it detaches. If it is on very tight, don't be afraid to just snap off the mouthpiece, it is made of strong plastic so it won't break. Push the tip of your e-liquid bottle into the side hole (red) – never the centre hole – and squeeze the bottle gently until the pod is nearly full. Pop the mouthpiece back on, and make sure it is on fully.
